Each day the students will be given a new word to learn. They were given a small notebook to keep all of their words in and to help keep them organized. Each day on the board is a new word. Some of the words are taken from classroom assignments, while others are words they will see on standardized tests.
For each word the students will need to do the following:
- Define the word
- Identify the part of speech
- Write the word in a sentence using the correct meaning
